How do I place an order?
Please contact our admin and inform us of the product and preferred delivery date. Our team will assist in checking availability.
Kindly fill in the order form as clearly as possible, including any special requests if needed.
After completing the form, please confirm the recipient’s name as stated in the order form. Our admin will then provide the total payment details.
Once payment has been completed, we kindly ask that no changes be made to the order details.
If you require an e-invoice, please inform our admin in advance.
Please ensure the recipient’s contact number is active and reachable at the time of delivery. If the courier is unable to reach the recipient within 1 hour after arriving at the location, the arrangement will be returned to our studio and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Will the arrangement look exactly like the photos?
All of our arrangements are handmade, therefore the final result may not be 100% identical to the photos. However, we always maintain the overall composition, color palette, and aesthetic to reflect the Lily & Rose style.
Where do you deliver from?
All orders are dispatched from our studio in Ciputat, South Tangerang. Delivery fees are generally more affordable for the South Jakarta area.
For delivery fee estimates, please share the complete address with our admin via WhatsApp.
Can I arrange a self pick-up?
Yes, self pick-up is available. However, all orders must still be placed in advance (pre-order) so we can properly prepare the flowers.
What delivery services do you use?
We select couriers based on the size and type of arrangement:
- Lalamove motor (with temperature controlled floral bag) for S–M size arrangements
- Flovely / LNR Delivery (professional florist couriers) for M–L size arrangements
- GrabCar / Lalamove Car for box vases and L–Giant size bouquets (arranged by our florist team)
Can I use my own courier?
Yes, with the following requirements:
- GrabCar / Lalamove Car, or
- Lalamove motor with a temperature-controlled bag for small floral arrangements.
Any damage caused during delivery due to the customer’s choice of courier will not be the responsibility of Lily & Rose.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is approximately 1–1.5 hours under normal conditions. We recommend allowing additional buffer time in case of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We’re sorry, but COD is not available.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We do accept same-day orders, subject to availability.
However, for the best selection and optimal results, we highly recommend placing a pre-order in advance.
